Terms and Conditions

  1. A deposit of £500 is required towards tuition fees in order to reserve a place on your chosen programme. This deposit is refundable if the student withdraws from the programme more than 21 days prior to its commencement or within 14 days of signing their agreement to our Terms and Conditions.
  2. The remaining fees are due at the beginning of each academic year of your studies. In the first year, your deposit is deducted from the amount due. A schedule of payments is included in the offer letter.
  3. A discount of 5% is given if full payment of tuition fees for the course is received prior to the commencement of studies.
  4. In addition to tuition fees, there is an initial payment due of £200 which is passed on to the Bosnian Ministry of Higher Education. This is due prior to registration with the University.
  5. For PhD students, there is a fee of £600 in the final year to cover the cost of the final viva exam.
  6. We reserve the right to charge interest at 4% above base rate in cases where fees are not paid on time and/or suspend students from their  Course until payment is received.
  7. In the event of a student wishing to leave the course before completion, Circle International requires a notice period of three months.
  8. We reserve the right to make minor changes to the course prior to enrolment. In this case, students will be informed of these changes and given the option of transferring to another course or being given a full refund.
  9. Data Protection. All information on students is held securely by the College in line with relevant data protection legislation. 
  10. Information on you and your progress will not be discussed with any third party without your written permission.
  11. Circle International has a Complaints and Appeals Process which is available to all students and applicants on request.
